Paola Zanini was born on 14 February 2005 in Alzano Lombardo. Since 2020, she has risen up through the ranks of the AC Milan Youth Sector to become an integral part of the Women's Primavera over the last two years. A key player in the Viereggio Women's Cup win and Scudetto campaign in the 2023/24 season, she was officially called up to the First Team for the 2024/25 season. She is part of the Italian Under-19 National Team.
