MILANELLO, FINAL TRAINING SESSION BEFORE LIVERPOOL

The team were at Milanello this morning for breakfast before heading to the changing-rooms for the final training session before facing Liverpool, first opponent of the Rossoneri in the Champions League scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday 17 September at 21:00 CEST at San Siro. 

REPORT
The team got straight onto the pitch to start with muscular activation exercises with the help of obstacles and some cones, followed by a few different drills. Training took place with the squad involved in a series of possession-based exercises which preceded the tactical part of the session, in preparation for tomorrow. The session ended with the usual small match on a reduced-size pitch.
