THE LECCE AWAY MATCH DRAWING NEARER

The Rossoneri continue to prepare for their away fixture against Lecce, a match which will take place at 19:30 CEST on Monday 22 June at the Stadio Via del Mare. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were both in attendance at Milanello to watch the team from up close today.

THE REPORT
The Rossoneri kicked things off at 10:30 CEST with muscle activation work, with the team then being divided into two groups and swapping exercises, alternating between fitness and technique in doing so: while one set of players did laps of the central pitch, the other group, who were training on the raised pitch behind the changing rooms, focused on ball possession before taking part in a series of two-on-two match-ups which finished with a shot on goal. Meanwhile, the goalkeepers completed a dedicated session with goalkeeping coach Turci. Finally, a training match took place on a full pitch.

FRIDAY 19 JUNE
On Friday 19 June, the Rossoneri will complete a single morning session at Milanello.
